Terms of Service

1. What BoonDocs is

BoonDocs provides original study materials — interactive quizzes (“practice questions”), study documents (“study docs”), and flashcard decks (“Anki decks”) — written by us to help students learn. Our materials are independent works. They are not the official course materials of any institution, and BoonDocs is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any school or faculty member.

2. Our content is original

Everything we sell is authored by us. BoonDocs does not contain, reproduce, or redistribute any school’s lecture slides, handouts, recordings, transcripts, or exam questions, nor any board or licensing-exam content. Our materials are our own expression of widely taught concepts. If you believe any BoonDocs material infringes a copyright you own, contact us using the Contact / help link in the app and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

3. Your account

4. License, not sale

When you buy a product or a class, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own studying. You do not buy or own the content itself. You may not:

Downloadable files (such as study docs PDFs) are watermarked with your identity. A file that appears outside your personal use is traceable to your account.

5. Payments

6. No guarantees; not professional advice

BoonDocs is a study aid. We do not guarantee any grade, score, exam result, or academic outcome. BoonDocs materials are not medical advice and must not be used for patient care or clinical decisions.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, redistribute materials, or otherwise violate these terms, without refund.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Contact
